Started in 2006 as a humble small local landscaping company call JIAM CONSTRUCTION providing professional residential & commercial Landscaping Services. Experiences in diversify Landscaping services have moulded Mr Jack Tan the founder in to maintaining premises at a meticulous level.

Mr Jack Tan believes in establishing strong customer relationship through trusted servicing. On top of top-notch efficient, we want our customers to be free from worries when engaging us.

In 2020 JIAM CONSTRUCTION also venture into providing cleansing and disinfection services for Residential & Commercial estates, schools and other premises.

We believe in customer satisfaction by providing consistent and efficient services to our customers. Therefore, we send our employees to Certified approved training institutes to ensure they are well equipped with the necessary skills to keep up with customers’ demands.

Our staff are constantly monitored by a professional and approachable management team who ensures that every cleaning service is carried out punctually, safely and smoothly to meet and exceed the customer’s requirements.

In order to cater for more services, and thus JIAM PTE LTD is formed in 2020 to cater for such diversify.
